Yrrthilien was given the bike by the Windrider Tathuanne Stormreaver of Saim Hann, but he has since modified it, replacing its shuriken catapults with specialised sonic crystal cannons and adding additional booster jets. The complex sound resonance system required for the cannons has the added, unintentional, benefit of surrounding the bike with a distortion field while it moves – it is for this screaming effect that Yrrthilien named the Jetbike.^[2]
