125th Expeditionary Fleet
The 125th Expeditionary Fleet was an Expedition Fleet of the Great Crusade.[1]
History
The 125th Fleet was formed some time after the primarch Perturabo was rediscovered by the Emperor and reunited with his Space Marine Legion, the Iron Warriors. The Fleet contained the bulk of the Legion (those that remained after Perturabo's edict of decimation).[1]
Over the course of the Great Crusade, the 125th Expeditionary Fleet was constantly thrust into extremely hostile warzones. Despite heavy losses, Perturabo never requested (and never received) external reinforcements or supplies
In addition to its military conquests, the 125th Fleet rediscovered the planet Krytos, which would go on to join the Imperium. Krytos's native Titan Legion, the Legio Krytos, provided support and a number of God-Engines to the 125th.[2]
