The 13th Expeditionary Fleet, known as "The Bloody 13th" was an Expedition Fleet of the Great Crusade.[1a][1b]

History
The 13th Fleet was formed early in the Crusade. Notably, at its formation, it included a complement of roughly 8,000 Space Marines of the XII Legion (then known as the "War Hounds"); indeed the 13th featured the largest XII Legion detachment active at that point.[1b]
Later in the Crusade, the majority of the War Hounds Legion were collected under the 13th Fleet, along with a number of other units that had gained unwholesome reputations as a result of their conduct in battle.[1b]
