1st Company, Crimson Fists Chapter

The 1st Company of the Crimson Fists is the Chapter's Veteran Company.[1][2]
Overview
The Crimson Fists also refer to their 1st Company as the Chapter's Crusade Company. It is kept at a strength of 128 Marines rather than the Codex-standard one hundred to honour the survivors of the Invasion of Rynn's World.[2]
Traditionally, the Crimson Fists 1st Company is not led by a Captain as in other Chapters, but directly commanded by the Chapter Master himself. The most recent Chapter Master, Pedro Kantor, has decided to abandon this policy, however, as he believes that splitting his focus between both the Chapter as a whole and the 1st Company specifically would not be in the best interests of either.[2]
