The 23rd Vintor is an Astra Militarum Regiment, that is currently stationed on the Imperial world Hoptor IV.[1]
Known Members
- Skinner - Newly recruited Guardsman of the Regiment's Second Platoon, F Company. Like all of the Company, he was a part of his Homeworld's Blood Rats gang. Skinner believes the Company is an extension of the gang and thinks Hoptor IV is just another territory the Blood Rats can claim for themselves.[1]
- Rubblehead - Newly recruited Guardsman of the Regiment's Second Platoon, F Company. Like all of the Company, he was a part of his Homeworld's Blood Rats gang.[1]
