The 512th is among the Cadian Regiments that are still active following their homeworld's destruction.^[1a]

History

In M41, the 512th were part of their homeworld's Orbital Defence Detail.^[2]

They are currently amongst the Imperial forces defending Samarkis from an invasion^[1a] by Hive Fleet Eumenides.^[1b] However the Regiment has been pinned down at the edge of the Urkos Forest by the Tyranids. 512th's Major Vorgan is now calling for reinforcements to aid them, before the Regiment is overwhelmed by the repeated attacks of the Hive Fleet.^[1a]
