Amontar is a Necron Lord a ruler of Xanderat, serving under the Overlord Turakhin.[1]

Overview
Amontar attended feasts on Borsis, sitting on the left-hand seat next to his overlord. Despite of being a ruler of an entire planet, he was mesmerised by a crystal goblet in a possession of his master.
He plotted a poisoning of his overlord by the Harapti wine, but the attempt was accidentally foiled by Khetmes tripping the wine goblet over.
He continued his plot in a second attempt, eventually foiled by Heqiroth. In a revenge he stabbed Heqiroth with his poisoned blade as Heqiroth was being granted a title of Overlord.[1]
Personality
Amontar was impatient and ambitious. Willing to betray even friends and co-conspirators to achieve his goals.[1]
Wargear
He used an envenomed dagger. He was also known for his skills in preparing poisons able to kill other Necrons.[1]
