It was among the Iron Snakes' forces, that took part Sabbat Worlds Crusade and was under the command of Sergeant Londas. During the Crusade, Andreos became known as the hammer-handed and the breakers of armour[1a]. However the Squad was later slain destroying the last of the Loxatl Xenos' breeding colonies on Urdesh. Or so the Imperium thought. Sometime later, Erasmos Squad was surprised to be attacked by a group of Loxatl, though, they killed most of the attacking Xenos. The surviving Loxatl fled and an examination of the dead Xenos, determined they were very young. This led Erasmos' Apothecary, Spiridon, to believe there was at least one Loxatl breeding colony still on the world.[1b]
