Antax is a Forge World of the Imperium and the most prominent world of the Vidar Sector.
It is a vital world to Imperial war efforts in its region, supplying over a hundred Imperial Guard Regiments and a dozen Space Marine Chapters with necessary weapons provisions. The world was nearly overrun and devastated by the Ork Warboss Gutstompa in the Battle for Antax in M41.[1]
