Arturos Winterscale

Arturos Winterscale was a Rogue Trader, who was active in the Koronus Expanse and was a scion of House Winterscale.[1]
History
When he died, Arturos was the head of the House and it was expected that one of his heirs would succeed him. However Calligos Winterscale rose from complete anonymity and claimed to be Arturos' rightful heir. In a single week, the regents that controlled Winterscale's Warrant of Trade either bowed to Calligos' will or vanished. This allowed him to then become the head of House Winterscale. There are various rumours, though, that call into question whether Calligos is truly Arturos' legitimate heir.[1]
