The Lethe Ash Scorpions were the 905th Solar Auxilia Cohort of the Imperium's Solar Auxilia Regiments.[2] They took part in the Manachean War during the Horus Heresy.[1] Hailing from the ruined Industrial World of Lethe, they took the Ash Scorpion as their mascot.[4]
History
During the Manachean War of the opening stages of the Horus Heresy, they fought at the battle for Port Maw, making their final stand to disabling the Panopticon Control Tower, a structure which the turncoat Archmagos Leit Mercuric had used to devastate the fleet. The very last soldier destroyed the control dias to the tower even as his helmet was being crushed by the steel claws of the Heretic Mechanicum.[1]
