The Atlantian Sciritae^[1]

The Atlantian Sciritae were the 477th Cohort of the Imperium's Solar Auxilia Regiments and were from the Atlantian Cluster Shipyards.^[1]

History

In battle, they favored fielding massed infantry deployments, that was backed up by Sentinels and large numbers of the elite Veletaris. The Atlantian Sciritae were also usually sent to engage in Orbital Station Zone Mortalis war zones. They were among the Solar Auxilia that took part in the Horus Heresy, though it is not known whose side the Atlantian Sciritae fought on.^[1]

The Atlantian Sciritae were created by the Games Workshop employee Quinn and they were featured in a Warhammer Community article. Their paint scheme is meant to evoke the appearance of 19th-century brass diving suits.^[1]
