August Helden IIV the Elder/Younger is an Inquisitor of the Ordo Chronos.[1]
He wrote the text, Avoiding Becoming Your Own Grandfather And Other Paradoxes That Create Unnecessary Paperwork for the Administratum. It provides information on chronal dilation during Warp transit and the text is made available to Guardsmen within their regimental libraries.[1]
