Auto-loader
Auto-loaders are Imperial devices used by vehicles of the Astra Militarum,[2][3][4][5a][5b][9][12][13a] the Adeptus Astartes,[6][7] the Adeptus Mechanicus,[10] the Imperial Navy[11][14] and even of the Orks[8] to automatically feed ammunition to a weapons system breach.[15] On voidships, Auto-loaders incorporate huge semi-automated machinery to help the loading process.[14]
In the Astra Militarum Auto-loaders are incorporated into Chimerros,[3] Leman Russ Demolishers,[4] Leman Russ Exterminators,[13a] Macharius Vulcans,[9] Stormswords,[5a] Hydras[12] and Salamander Scouts.[5b] Furthermore, Auto-loaders can be carried by Basilisks.[2]
Space Marine vehicles that carry Auto-loaders include Predator Destructors[6] and Whirlwind Scorpius.[7]
The Adeptus Mechanicus uses Auto-loaders on Titans like the Warlord-class.[10]
The Imperial Navy uses Auto-loaders on aircrafts like the Thunderbolt[12b] and on attack crafts like the Faustus Interceptor.[11] Navy voidships can be refitted to incorporate Auto-loaders.[14]
Orks use a grot-served Auto-loader on the Kill Krusha.[8]
Archeotech Auto-loader
Archeotech Auto-loaders are rare Archeotech used by the Astra Militarum, to automatically reload the ammo of their hand-held weapons. Brave Guardsmen can even use them on Plasma Guns.[1]
