The Beachhead-class fast attack troop carrier is a spaceship design unique to the Calixis Imperial Navy.[1]
Description
The majority of Beachheads have been retired and sold out of service, even though it used to be an ubiquitous design. Only a few remain, with only one serving in the Calixis Sector, having just been recently recommissioned.[1]
The Beachhead was designed to facilitate a fast planetary approach and to deliver storm troopers to the surface by means of drop pods and landers.[1]
