Bellisario

Bellisario was a Commander of the Blood Angels Chapter,[1b] who oversaw the purging of a Genestealer-infested space hulk.[1a]
Time was of the essence, as some Genestealers were attempting to enter the hulk's escape pods and Bellisario would not risk the Xenos being able to contaminate any worlds.[1a] However, as he oversaw the mission from one of the Chapter's warships, the Commander also felt the burden of the Blood Angels who had been killed in the Secoris Tragedy 600 years earlier. Though Bellisario was not alive when that campaign utterly failed, he hoped to avenge his Battle Brothers' deaths and put their souls to rest by purging the space hulk of its Genestealers.[1b]
