Blackstone Shard Amulets are made from Noctilith and protect their wearers from Psychic attacks. They also prevent any psykers who wear them from using their powers.[1] Wearing a Blackstone Amulet gradually saps the wearer's soul and could potentially destroy them over time. However, short-term use provides an effective psychic defence.[2]
