Bloodstorm Helm
The Bloodstorm Helm is a Daemonic helmet of Khorne, that is owned by the Fire Riders World Eaters Chaos Lord Invocatus and is said to be crafted for one who has earned the mantle of the Blood God's own huntsman.[1]
History
It was once the skull of the Khorne Daemon G'kor and his presence is now bound within the Helm. This is the only reason Invocatus is able to ride the Juggernaut Khal'guruth, as G'kor was its former master and the Daemonic steed can sense his presence. The Helm also bonds the two together and lets the Chaos Lord to feel all that Khal'guruth feels. Along with that, the Bloodstorm's crimson-tinged sight allows Invocatus to perceive any hidden foes. This is because their nervously beating hearts and duplicitous thoughts, appear to him as though they were empyric signal flares. With the Helm and Invocatus' own innate gifts, the Chaos Lord is able to see even the most elaborate or well-crafted ambush before it is sprung.[1]
