Bonnie Annerson is a masked Necromunda bounty hunter who works in the underhive of Hive Primus.^[1]

Biography

She was born in the now-forgotten Underhive settlement known as Sin-Sin Alley. Despite being the offspring of hard-working and slightly mutated spore miners, Annerson herself was considered to be surprisingly beautiful. However her family's life in the peaceful and thriving settlement was ended when six Spyrers attacked Sin-Sin. The armoured Nobles tore through the settlement looking for trophies and a young Annerson horrifyingly saw her parents slain when a pair of Malcadon Spyrers dropped down upon them. By the time the attack was over, she was the only survivor and had been captured by the invaders. The Spyrers did not kill their captive though, and instead brought Annerson to their hideout, where the sadistic Nobles intended to use her as bait. They then webbed Annerson up by her head with steel threads and waited for worthy Underhive targets to come to her rescue.^[1]

It was then that the Bounty Hunter drifter known as the Squint appeared at the Spyrers hideout and calmly picked them off, one by one. When the Nobles were dead, Squint freed Annerson, but the Spyrers' steel threads had left her face permanently disfigured. She also now had no family or home to return to as well and this led the Squint to raise her himself. Annerson was left vengeful by her ordeal and the Squint would go on to teach her the art of bounty hunting. Sometime later, her mentor and guardian passed away and since the Squint's death, Annerson has matured into a driven masked Bounty Hunter. She has now developed contacts with the Merchants Guild and uses them and the money she makes from collecting their bounties or working with Underhive gangs, to keep herself well-equipped for her career. This includes a bolter, a Hotshot Lasgun and an Electoo iridescent crystal polymers body suit, that can dazzle her foes by releasing stored energy as a glittering halo of light.^[1]

But her tragic youth, has left Annerson a steely-hearted avenger, who is bent on punishing the guilty and earning credits to wage her war on Spyrers. When not bounty hunting, Annerson patrols Hive Primus' Underhive, where she rights wrongs, punishes the lawless and kills any Spyrer that dares cross her path. One day, though, she hopes to use her deadly talents and amassed fortune to cross the Hive's Wall, in order to reach its upper levels. Once there, Annerson would punish the Nobles that ruined her life and set the Bounty Hunter on this lonesome path.^[1]

Bonnie Annerson was released as a limited edition miniature for players who won Games Workshop's in-store Necromunda competitions that were run during August of 1996.^[3]
