Breacher Ordnance are a type of ammunition fired from Cthonian Earthshaker Mole Mortars.[1a]
This ammunition is more similar to more primitive the Mole Mortars used by the Imperium. These bombs drill their way to the surface to explode amidst the enemy's ranks, utilizing hyperbore bits to easily chew through reinforced ferrocrete. This allows them to quickly explode in the confines of defensive trenches or bunkers. They can even bore into armoured fuel cells and Promethium tanks, triggering conflagrations or rupture geothermal wells and shield capacitators to devastate enemy bases. They can also be used to hunt down elusive targets using semiautonomous or guided geomantic tracking.[1a]
