Brutus Schenker
Brutus Schenker is an Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor, who Inquisitor Aurek Herrenvolk once served as an Interrogator to.[1a]
History
He is known to be hands-on in his duties and has a nose for corruption. When it came to fighting the evils of Heresy, Brutus had a common sense, meat-grinder approach to defeating the foes of the Imperium[1a]. In M42[1b], Brutus was conducting witch trials on Ergotia, when his 123rd Pontifical Strikes Inquisitorial Stormtrooper detail was suddenly pulled from him by his superiors. The Inquisitor's former Interrogator Aurek Herrenvolk was about to conduct an investigation into Cult spree killings within the Spetzghast System and had requested a detachment of Stormtroopers to aid him. As Aurek's needs were deemed to be greater and that he also out-ranked Brutus, their was nothing the Inquisitor could do to stop the Pontificals from leaving. After they departed, Brutus was left with just his retinue and some local high-plains muscle to continue conducting the trials with.[1a]
