The Burning Death was a Speed Freek warband, led by Zagboss Skargrim Ruknar. They are named for their love of fire, often employing a large number of skorchas and burnas in battle.[1a]
Known Actions
- Shen — At some point the warband immolated Shen's World-Library.[1a]
- Third War for Armageddon — The Burning Death were one of the major ork forces active on Armageddon under the banner of Ghazghkull.[1a][1b] They are known to have participated in the siege of Infernus Hive and to have wiped out a regiment of Savlar Chem-Dogs in the Ash Wastes outside the hive when the regiment tried to escape the siege.[1a]
