Cadia's Last^[2]

Cadia's Last^[1] is an Astra Militarum Battalion of Cadian Shock Troopers,^[2] who all managed to escape from their Homeworld, Cadia, before it was destroyed, during the 13th Black Crusade.^[1]

History

These stoic^[2] grizzled Veteran Guardsmen, continue to fight against the Imperium's enemies and will do so, even if they are suffering from grievous wounds. Even death will not stop them, as every member of Cadia's Last has insisted on being brought to all of its battles, even after they are dead. In order to fulfill this wish, the Battalion caries into battle a bed roll filled with the skulls of its deceased members.^[1]

Cadia's Last was created by the Games Workshop employee Mike and it was featured in several Warhammer Community articles.^[1][2]
