Camaru
Camaru is a Callidus Assassin.[1]
History
She was taken from her stone-age parents in the Cristo System, at the age of 3 - a fact Camaru can now only vaguely recall. As her training commenced, Camaru distinguished herself amongst her fellow would-be Assassins and quickly reached the rank of Callidus. Shen then underwent her first mission at the age of 16, as part of a three-man hit squad, to destroy a Imperial transport with a Melta-bomb. This was because, it held junior members of the Priesthood, who were suspected to be under the domination of Xenos. This was later proven to be true, as the Callidus squad discovered the Priests were under the sway of a Vampire. Thanks to Camaru's quick thinking and fast reactions, all three of the Assassins managed to escape aboard a Life Raft. Moments later the transport was destroyed by the squad's Melta-bomb, as their Life Raft drifted helplessly through space. It did so for almost a month, before the Life Raft was pick up and only the Callidus' self-induced hibernation saved their lives.[1]
Camaru later was sent to end the reign of the treacherous Lord of Okku. This was after the Imperium discovered the Lord was selling his subjects to Ork slavers to enrich his personal wealth. Camaru ensured the Lord was the last to suffer this fate, after she cut his tongue out and then sold him to the same Ork slavers.[1]
