Cerebral Pacifier

Cerebral Pacifiers are complex augmetic systems, that are by the Sisters of Silence to render Rogue Psykers impotent and safe for transport.[1]
Description
They interfere with the mysterious sections of the brain that regulate and respond to the æther and the powers of the psyker. Besides being used on Rogue Psykers, the Sisters of Silence's Seekers also use the Pacifiers to pacify their beasts and inure the animals to the Sisters' dread aura.[1]
