Chandh'ra is a Howling Banshee Exarch of Craftworld Kal'raktri. She is a close confidant of Farseer A'yilsha Mournsong, as the two have suffered through terrible strife to safeguard their lonely Craftworld, wandering the cold void of the outer galaxy.^[1]
