Chronicles of the Lance

The Chronicles of the Lance is the recorded history of House Griffith's legendary feats of martial excellence.^[1]

Its millennia of heroism serving the Imperium, is held within an ancient Cogitator array located in the Knight House's greatest sanctuary. Among the tales within the Chronicles of the Lance are the Stone-blood Companions countercharge that broke the back of the Knight Rampager Sevenseed; High King Bryce Griffith's destruction of the Ork Warlord Grazzgha's Gargant; as well as Baroness Kadrion's heroic sacrifice, when she ruptured a Necron Obelisk and unleashed a trans-atomic cascade. All of the feats recorded within the Chronicles' are also hailed as worthy inheritors of House Griffith's beast-slayer forebears.^[1]
