City of Sight

The City of Sight is a region of Terra close to the Himalazia mountains and is part of the vast Imperial Palace complex.^[1b]

During the Great Crusade, the City of Sight served as the headquarters of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica and was where many Sanctioned Psykers and Astropaths were housed and trained.^[1c] During the Horus Heresy, the City of Sight was devastated by the psychic fallout caused by Magnus' attempted warning of the Emperor regarding Horus' betrayal.^[1f]

In M42, the City of Sight and its operations continue to persist. Many promising psykers are sent there to be trained.^[2]
