Clan Ayreas was a Clan-Company of the Iron Hands Legion during the Horus Heresy.^[1b]

Overview

In 005.M31, the Order Secundii of Clan Aryeas, which was loyal to Horus, carried the envoy of the Mechanicum Regulus aboard their Grand Cruiser to Mars, in order to further the Warmaster's plan on the Red Planet.^[1a][1b]

The traitor Iron Hands from Clan Ayreas would later help Regulus in reaching Magma City, where they would battle against the garrison troops of the Taghmata Zeth and plunder whatever technological knowledge Koriel Zeth held before leaving the planet.^[1c]
