Consilias Imperitus Ultimar
The Consilias Imperitus Ultimar is the Primarch Roboute Guilliman's detailed and exhaustive plan for the reconquest and expansion of Ultramar.[1a]
Description
This would see Ultramar become the size it once was during the Great Crusade. As the Lord Commander is prosecuting the Indomitus Crusade, however, Guilliman has left Ultramar's armies to carry out the Consilias Imperitus Ultimar.[1a]
The plan involves several stages, which begins with expanding the realm's territory from the fronts commanded by Guilliman's four Tetrarchs. While doing so, Ultramar's forces are to prioritize seizing valuable worlds, in order to redress the damage it suffered in the Plague Wars. Later stages of the Consilias Imperitus would see another further increase of territory, which should result in Ultramar numbering more than five hundred worlds.[1b] The war to do so has become known as the Ultramarian Reclamation.[2]
Reclamation Force Space Marines wear Scrolls of Proclamation, containing words taken from the Consilias Imperitus. They are a constant source of inspiration for the Reclamation Forces as they seek to fulfil Guilliman's orders to increase the size of Ultramar.[2]
