Constantine Principa Argoy

Constantine Principa Argoy was a pompous Imperial Commander, who once ruled the Menagerie World Indiga.[1]
History
During that time, his pride and joy were breeding pairs of every dangerous giant predators, he could acquire from world's across the Ultima Segmentum. Argoy did so using Indiga's copious mineral wealth, but a catastrophic earthquake later shattered the Imperial Commander's zoos, which allowed the predators to escape into the wild. There they bred and hybridized with each other and eventually turned Indiga into a Death World.[1]
