Crixos is a Hive World of the Imperium.[1a]
History
During The Blood Purge of Crixos the planet was devastated, when the Black Legion launched a full scale invasion which saw numerous Hives destroyed. The Black Legion was only stopped from completely destroying the Hive World, when a hastily dispatched battlegroup landed upon Crixos' surface, determined to stop them no matter the cost[1a]. The ensuing battle between the two forces, saw the Black Legion defeated and the one remaining Hive on Crixos saved.[1b]
