The Crown of Ascension is a Genestealer Cult relic.[1]
This chitinous lattice contains a material chipped from more than two-dozen Genestealer Patriarch thrones. It amplifies its wearer's synaptic power massively, and renders their spirit as a dark and roiling thunderhead that presses on the minds of all those around them.[1]
