Cryostasis Unit

Cryostasis Units[1] are a type of Tau technology.[1]
These pods are used to cryogenetically freeze the occupant inside, allowing them to be preserved for an extended period of time.[1] They are commonly used by the Tau for long starship voyages, though other heroes of the Tau Empire may be put into cryostasis until a time of crisis where they are needed.[2] This helps bypass the naturally shorter lifespans of the Tau.[1]
