Dance of Mephet'ran and Vaul
The Dance of Mephet'ran and Vaul is a Harlequin performance. It tells the tale of Mephet'ran, who takes on various organic forms to lure the living into his service to convince them to banish the Talismans of Vaul and to destroy all weapons constructed by Vaul, as he found them offensive. In truth, it was the talismans that prevented his true return.[1]
Throughout the performance the role of Mephet'ran is performed by the Great Harlequin, who is normally reserved to play the role of Cegorach.[1]
