Daxis

Daxis was a Watch Captain of the Deathwatch, stationed at Watch Fortress Null Breach.[1]
He led several of Null Breach's Kill-Teams against the Orks of Calverna. However, during one battle with the Orks, Daxis was killed when he was crushed by a rampaging Squiggoth. He was avenged when the Primaris Intercessor Lyone single-handily killed the massive creature with pinpoint fire. Lyone had made quite the reputation for himself while fighting the Orks, and avenging Daxis' death earned the Primaris the position of Watch Captain.[1]
