The Death of Worlds was a relic sword possessed by the Dark Angels Legion, during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy, which was wielded by the Dreadwing Eskaton, Marduk Sedras.[1]

It was pattern-welded from fragments of Adamantium collected from the Hive cities of the first world to be utterly destroyed by the Eskaton. More fragments were added to the blade's length, with each new world the Eskaton destroyed and by the end of the Great Crusade, it had grown so long that only the strongest in the Legion could bear it into combat. The Death of Worlds became one of the most devastating relics the Dark Angels Legion possessed and it could deliver the ultimate destruction that was the hallmark of the Dreadwing. The shards pattern-wielded to its edge carried the curse of a thousand Dead Worlds, and in battle the ragged blade could tear apart its victims with a vicious spite.[1]
