Dekker (General)

Dekker was a Cadian Shock Trooper General and one of Cadia's most famed officers.[1]
After his death, Dekker's head was turned into a Servo-skull, which is now a relic of the Cadian Shock Troopers. It is used to transmit messages over the military vox-net, but the voice heard on the other end of the vox is never the person using the relic: instead the voice of the old dead General himself is heard giving the orders.[1]
