Alajo Dohel
Alajo Dohel was a Shipmaster of the Ultramarines Legion, who commanded the warship Courage Above All[2a] during the Horus Heresy.[1]
History
Courage Above All would later serve as the flagship of the massive Imperial fleet its Primarch, Roboute Guilliman, led to aid the Emperor during the Siege of Terra. However, by the time they neared the Sol System, it was being enveloped by massive Warp energy, which prevented the fleet from safely entering the system. As they sought ways to do so, Dohel served as one of Guilliman's advisors aboard the Courage Above All and he was considered to be an old friend of the Primarch.[1]
Dohel and the Ultramarines later reached Terra, after Warmaster Horus was slain by the Emperor,[2b] and then took part in the Retaking of Luna.[2c] As the Imperium rebuilt itself in the aftermath of the Horus Heresy, Dohel went on to write the Memoirs of the Final War.[2b]
