Dolorous Tidings

The Dolorous Tidings was a Space Hulk.[1]
According to Inquisitor Amberley Vail, who led a mission to deal with the Dolorous Tidings in the early 920's.M41, the hulk more than lived up to its name. The mission took longer than Vail anticipated, delaying her from assisting with the aftermath of a Genestealer infestation on Keffia (this also meant that she missed meeting Commissar Ciaphas Cain, who left Keffia with the Valhallan 12th Field Artillery regiment by the time she arrived).[1]
