Dornak IV is a barren Imperial Death World, that served as a training site for the newly created Tome Keepers Chapter for two decades in mid-M32.
History
Thousands of Aspirants were sent there and under the guidance of their first Chapter Master, Caelus Viator, 400 survived to become Tome Keepers, before the Chapter was ready to serve the Imperium in 567.M32.[1]
