The Drop-Capsule is a gigantic version of the Drop-pod, used by some Titan Legions to deploy their Titans during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1]

Description
The size of a hab-block, the cylindrical Drop-Capsule is big enough to deploy a single Imperator Titan to the surface of a planet. It is equipped with guidance fins and retro-rockets to slow and control its descent. Upon landing, the Drop-Capsule makes the earth shake and produces a shockwave with the power of its impact. Then, the sides of the Drop-Capsule drop down, allowing the Titan to disembark.[1]
History
During the initial phase of the Battle of Istvaan III, a Drop-Capsule was used to deploy the Dies Irae to the surface of the planet.[1]
