The Drowned Lords are a Death Guard Warband, who are obsessed with waterborne pathogens.^[1]

They are part of Typhus the Traveler's Plague Fleet and he will occasionally fight alongside the Warband. The Drowned Lords are currently among the Death Guard's forces, that are taking part in the Charadon Campaign.^[1]
