Overview
The Eagle Warriors were a Fleet Based Chapter that was founded during a particularly dark period of anarchy within the Imperium[9], and that continually campaign to defend the systems conquered by Roboute Guilliman during the Great Crusade.[4a][9] They were noted as being the forebears of the Marines Errant Chapter, although the reason they were given this honour is not recorded.[6]
During the 13th Black Crusade, the Chapter lost several ships and two whole Companies in the aftermath of the Great Rift's creation.[9]

However, they witnessed (and were attacked by) Flesh Tears who had fallen to the Black Rage. To keep their secret, the Flesh Tearers killed the entire company.[5a][5b]
- Undated — The assault on Kyran's Pass.[3a]
Heraldry
The Eagle Warriors wear halved white-and-blue armour. Their chest aquilas are gold.[11]
Company colours are displayed on Eagle Warriors' left kneepads, and squad numbers and battlefield roles are displayed in the usual Codex-approved fashion, with blue Roman numeral squad numbers superimposed over white battlefield role symbols.[11]
Their Chapter Badge is a blue eagle's wing on white.[11]
Eagle Warriors will often colour their weapon casings red.[11]
