Ebos Theonoi was a Dark Emissary Consul of the Sons of Horus Legion, active during the Horus Heresy.[1]
He was a mighty warrior, who was seen as a herald of Warmaster Horus' will. When Theonoi oversaw allies to the Traitor's cause, his inspiring presence ensured that they did not falter, no matter the cost.[1]
