Effluvior

The Effluvior is a Nurgle hellforged Plague Flail, that is wielded by Exalted Great Unclean Ones.[1]
Inside each of the skulls hanging from the Effluvior's chains contain a portal to the bottomless Marren Mere within the Garden of Nurgle. Its concentrated filth drains into the Mere and every swing of the Effluvior sends out a spray of the Garden's flesh-eating and rock-melting soup. Because of this, those not crushed by the flail's heavy skulls are left as greasy pools of stinking effluvia.[1]
