Epelliant Helos Campaign

The Epelliant Helos Campaign was a campaign waged by the Imperial Fists during the Great Crusade on the world of Epelliant Helos.[1]
Overview
The campaign was led by Rogal Dorn who launched the first attack on Epelliant Helos even though the fleet wasn’t fully assembled in order to cut off a burgeoning enemy counter-attack, which would have been disastrous for the Imperial forces had it gained momentum. This attack evolved into bloody urban fighting where many legionaries were lost. Fafnir Rann who participated in the battle commented that Lord Dorn knew the cost and still acted acknowledging his primarch's duty to the Emperor.[1]
