Evarta

Evarta was the Colonel of the 3rd Semtexians regiment.[1]
He ascended to the position at the onset of the Third War for Armageddon by virtue of being the senior most officer to reach the surface of Armageddon alive after half of the regiment's transports were destroyed by the orks.[1]
