Explorator Fleet Penta-Gamma 66Z3
Explorator Fleet Penta-Gamma 66Z3 is the Forge World Lucius' oldest surviving Explorator Fleet, whose history dates back to M34.[1]
History
Its Explorator Majoris, Ehrlan Foss-Chrom, was charged with using the Explorator Fleet to expand Lucius' influence and he interpreted this in the most efficient way he could perceive. Thus Penta-Gamma 66Z3 began tracing a spherical route around the Forge World, which expanded year by year and gradually brought it to more distant Systems. In order to ensure its path was not disrupted by his successors, Foss-Chrom later implanted unbreakable protocol imperatives into the command throne of the Explorator Fleet's flagship. This has since compelled every succeeding Penta-Gamma 66Z3 Explorator Majoris, to rigidly follow what Foss-Chrom considered to be a perfect strategy. The Explorator Fleet currently re-establishes contact with Lucius every few decades. Such momentous occasions are marked by the raising of honoured cohorts of Skitarrii by the Forge World, which are sent to reinforce Penta-Gamma 66Z3.[1]
