Falkov was the regimental Commissar of the Armageddon 101st Steel Legion at the onset of the Third War for Armageddon.[1a]
Falkov's memoirs, titled I Was There..., were published some time after the war's conclusion. The text would go on to become required reading for officers of the Steel Legions.[1b]
